   a newbie here, and wanting to know if anyone knows about converting a '96, f250 diesel, 5sp, 4x2 into a 4x4

   i've done a fair amount of shade tree mechanics with cjs, but i have no experience with fords. easy, moderate, hard, ridiculous?

   Never seen such a transformation, but if it is doable, for what price and effort? Maybe better to sell it and buy a 4x4 ;-)
